Rocky Mountain Eagles Beep Baseball Team, XTERRA Foundation, and other charities.

Seeking Sponsors:Your opportunity to expose your business. Even though triathletes pay an entry fee to Participate in the triathlon, sponsorships help pay for some of the expenses associated with Conducting a quality event. This enables us to have more funds to donate to charity organizations. due to our sponsors and volunteers at the event, last year’s Buffalo Creek Triathlon raised over $6000 which was donated to Wilderness On Wheels, Beep Baseball, MESA, the North Fork Volunteer Fire Department, and the XTERRA Foundation.

What you get: Exposure of your product and/or service:

• Booth space at the triathlon transition area
• Your business name/logo/website address on over 400 awesome event DVDs mailed to all athletes and sponsors
• Your business name/logo/website link on the Buffalo Creek Triathlon Website Home Page
• Your business brochure, coupon, or product sample in each triathlete’s registration packet

Cost to you: $75 to $400 (or in merchandize or in gift certificates to award as prizes)

• Booth size and location:
  All booths same size
  The greater the donation, the closer to transition
• Business name/logo/website address on all event materials
  Business name/logo/website link on the Buffalo Creek Triathlon Website Home Page
  The greater the donation, the larger the space and higher location on the list of sponsors
