When you register you must indicate that you have read, understand, and agree to all USAT rules and regulations, AND have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Special Rules for passing on the bicycle course and the No Passing zones in areas of endangered species habitat. Please refer to "Special Rules" icon on the Home page. USAT rules and regulations can be found at www.usatriathlon.org

Cost: Individual: $65.00 (Same entry fee for the XTERRA, Short Course Triathlon)
Relay Team: $145.00
Youth (ages 7 – 14): $20.00

Scramble: $30.00

NOTE: If you personally Volunteer to help with this event, your entry fee is refundable after the race as follows:
Volunteer ½ day (3 hours) on Saturday (June 14), Thursday (June 19), Friday (June 20), or Saturday afternoon (June 21), receive ½ entry fee.
Volunteer full day (6 hours) on Friday (June 20), receive full entry fee.
Help is needed with setting up the courses, transition, registration, and especially take down, packing, and clean up after the event.

After May 1, 2009:
Individual: $80.00
Relay Team: $160.00
Youth: $30.00

Scramble: $35.00

After June 17, 2009 (online registration closes). If event not sold out:
Individual: $95.00
Relay Team: $175.00
Youth: $40.00

Scramble: $40.00

One day USAT license if not a USAT member:

Adult: $10.00
Youth: $5.00 (Note:  USAT no longer provides 1-day license for youth; Youth must purchase a $5.00 Annual license).

NOTE: When you register online you will be required to "sign" the USAT and event waivers. You will be required to either be a USAT annual member or purchase a one day license online. If you are a USAT annual member you will need to bring your USAT card (or a printout from the USAT web site of proof of membership if you have not received your card in the mail yet) in order to pick up your race packet. These are USAT rules with no exceptions. Annual memberships are no longer for sale at any of the triathlons.

This is a sanctioned event through USAT. Reasons:

Fee Includes:
Entry into Wellington Lake for Saturday, June 20 (includes 1 night camping for Saturday night only). Others (your family and friends) must pay $6.00 per person to enter Wellington Lake, a private lake day use and camping area. If you want to camp Friday night, you must call Wellington Lake, 303-838-5496, and make a reservation to camp.  The $6.00 per person (children 5-12 are $4; children under 5 are free) covers day use, and that night's camping (whether you camp or not, its still $6.00). As in 2007 and 2008, a DVD will be mailed to you with over 2500 photos of athletes on the Courses

Refund Policy: Half of your registration fee is refundable if requested prior to April 15, 2009. After April 15, 2009, your registration fee is not refundable. Your registration is not transferable. You cannot sell, trade, or give your registration away, even if the event is sold out.
